2003: Change of company name from “Münnerstädter Glaswarenfabrik” to “MGlas”
2003: Change of the corporate form to unlisted stock corporation (“GmbH” to “AG”)
Today the third generation of the founding family continues to direct
MGlas AG along a distinctly innovative course.
