We have been setting standards in the production of syringes. Drawing
on long years of experience we are continually optimizing the design and
efficiency of all our production facilities and fully automated production lines.
No material contact on the inside of the syringes and tungsten-free forming
are among the results of our efforts. MG syringes can be integrated into
Needle-Stick Security Systems and Autoinjectors.
Advanced needle-bonding using UVA and UVC light ensures complete curing of
the adhesive, periodically monitored by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography),
and consequently stable pull-out forces (with long-term proof through aging studies)
and a reduction of extractables.
